From January 13-24, a CIMPA school will take place at Makerere University. 

The goal of the school is for the students to learn the main ideas between modularity conjectures and theorems, to be able to relate this theoretical knowledge with examples furnished by the LMFDB, and to obtain deeper knowledge on one of the themes of the research groups by means of active supervised work on a concrete mathematical problem.

We highly encourage all those interested in this school from the MSc level onward to apply for participation. The accommodation of CIMPA participants to this school is reimbursed, as are their travel costs up to a maximum of €1000.
